• “You” or “Customer” means the person using the website or buying from us
• “Product” means honey, ghee, oil, seeds, powders, salt and other food items we sell

3. Orders and Accounts

• You can order with or without an account
• Please give a correct name, phone number and full address
• We confirm every order by phone or message before sending it
• We may cancel an order if the details are wrong, we cannot reach you, or a product is out of stock

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies
• We accept cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad
• For some areas or large orders, an advance of the delivery charge or part of the price may be required

5. Delivery

• We deliver all over Bangladesh through courier services
• Usual time: 2-3 days inside Dhaka City, 3-5 days elsewhere
• Delays can happen due to weather, holidays or courier issues

6. Returns and Refunds

• Honey and food items are not returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons
• Broken, leaking, wrong or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours with photos or video

7. Product Information

• Honey is a natural product; colour, taste and thickness can change by season and flower source
• Crystallisation (thickening) is natural and is not a defect
• Our products are food items, not medicine. Health benefits mentioned are general information. Please consult a doctor for medical conditions
• Honey should not be given to babies under 1 year

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Receive the parcel and be reachable at the given phone number
• Do not place fake orders or refuse delivery without reason; repeated refusals may lead to future orders needing advance payment

9. Intellectual Property

The Sunam Food name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to Sunam Food and may not be copied without permission.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted here.
